Lane Business Solutions, LLC offers digital products, educational programs, memberships, subscriptions, coaching, consulting, and professional services.

Certain products and services may be available through recurring subscriptions, installment payment plans, or other purchase arrangements.

By purchasing, customers agree to the pricing, billing schedule, and applicable terms disclosed at checkout.

2. Recurring Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or at another disclosed interval.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the terms accepted at purchase unless canceled before the next billing date.

Customers authorize recurring charges to their selected payment method until cancellation becomes effective.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to stop future renewals.

Cancellation may be completed through the available customer account or subscription management portal, or by contacting Lane Business Solutions using the information below.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse previously processed payments.

Unless otherwise disclosed in the applicable offer, access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Cancellation rights and procedures remain subject to applicable law.

4. All Sales Final — No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Payments for subscriptions, memberships, digital products, programs, coaching, consulting, and other services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We do not offer voluntary refunds or prorated credits for unused access, missed sessions, nonparticipation, or changes in personal circumstances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing purchase terms before completing payment.

5. Payment Plans and Installments

Installment payment plans are separate from recurring subscriptions.

A payment plan represents an agreement to pay the full purchase price in scheduled installments.

Discontinuing participation or access does not automatically cancel remaining installment obligations.

Outstanding balances remain payable according to the applicable purchase agreement and governing law.

6. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

One-time purchases do not automatically renew unless expressly disclosed at checkout.

Where lifetime access is offered, its duration and scope are determined by the terms provided at purchase.

Lifetime access does not guarantee the indefinite operation of a particular platform, feature, or service.

7. Changes or Discontinuation of Services

Lane Business Solutions, LLC reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products and services.

Changes affecting existing paid subscriptions or contractual commitments will be handled according to the applicable purchase agreement and law.

Where required, customers will receive advance notice and applicable cancellation or refund remedies.
