We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will replace/refund. Something being wrong with your product is an unusable item. Sequin items with a few twisted sequins can be simply twisted back in place and do not qualify unless useless. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, (even though we strive for faster) We ship with USPS and UPS all items are tracked and insured for our protection.
The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available. Unfortunately due to the uptick of USPS/UPSÂ requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to USPS/UPS you will have to make the claim, If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you.
